Frequently Asked Questions

What is in the IVG Smart Max 10K kit?

The rechargeable Smart Max device (1000mAh), one 2ml prefilled pod and one 10ml refill container in the Strawberry Raspberry Ice flavour (20mg), plus a user leaflet where supplied. USB-C cable is not included.

Is a USB-C cable included?

No. Charge with any compatible USB Type-C cable (sold separately).

How does the 2ml + 10ml system work?

The 2ml pod sits with the 10ml container. As you vape, liquid from the container tops up the pod automatically until the pack is empty (12ml total).

What are Eco and Boost modes?

Eco favours longer battery and liquid life; Boost increases vapour and flavour intensity. Switch on the device as described in the leaflet.

Is this a disposable?

No. The 1000mAh battery is reusable; you replace the prefilled pod and container when the liquid is finished.

Which pods fit this kit?

Official IVG Smart Max refill pods (2ml + 10ml pack).

What nicotine strength is this?

20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt in the prefilled liquid.
