Frequently Asked Questions
Is the device included in this kit?
Yes. This is a complete kit: the IVG Pro 12 rechargeable device plus the Cherry Ice pack — 2ml prefilled pod and 10ml refill container.
What battery does it use, and is it rechargeable?
The device has a built-in 1000mAh rechargeable battery and charges over USB-C. A charging cable is not included in the box.
Is a charging cable included?
No. A USB-C / Type-C charging cable is not included.
How does the 2ml + 10ml system work?
The 2ml prefilled pod connects to the 10ml refill container. As you vape, the pod draws from the reservoir so you get 12ml total without manually refilling the chamber.
What is the nicotine strength?
The included Cherry Ice pod and refill are filled with 20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt e-liquid. For existing adult smokers or vapers aged 18 or over only.
How many puffs will it provide?
Manufacturer marketing estimates are up to about 10,000 puffs across the full 12ml pack. Longer or more frequent draws reduce how many puffs you get.
What does Cherry Ice taste like?
Juicy, sweet cherries with a crisp menthol finish — the Cherry Ice flavour in this IVG Pro 12 kit.
Is it draw-activated?
Yes. The IVG Pro 12 is draw-activated — inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. No button press is required for normal use.
What coil and draw style does it use?
The pod uses a built-in mesh coil designed for MTL (mouth-to-lung) use. Coils are not replaced separately; change the whole refill pack when spent.
Can I buy extra pods later?
Yes. When this set is spent, fit official IVG Pro 12 replacement refill packs. Do not use third-party pods.
Can I return an opened kit?
Opened vaping products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. See our Return Policy for full terms.
