Frequently Asked Questions
Is the device included in this kit?
Yes. This is a complete kit: the Hayati Pro Ultra+ 25000 rechargeable device plus one Blueberry Cotton K / Raspberry Cotton K refill pack (2ml active chamber with 2 × 10ml refill containers).
What battery does it use, and is it rechargeable?
The device has a built-in 850mAh rechargeable battery and charges over USB-C. A charging cable is not included in the box.
Is a charging cable included?
No. A USB-C charging cable is not included. Use a compatible USB-C cable and charger as recommended in the product leaflet.
How does the dual-flavour switch work?
This pack loads two flavours at once — Blueberry Cotton K and Raspberry Cotton K. Twist the mouthpiece to switch between them without changing the pod.
What is the nicotine strength?
The included Blueberry Cotton K / Raspberry Cotton K pack is filled with 20mg/ml (2%) nicotine salt e-liquid. It is intended only for existing adult smokers or vapers aged 18 or over.
How many puffs will it provide?
Up to 25,000 puffs on the manufacturer’s estimate for the included refill pack. This is not a guarantee — longer or more frequent draws reduce how many puffs you get.
What is the e-liquid capacity?
The pack combines a 2ml active pod chamber with two 10ml refill containers (22ml total). The containers feed the active chamber during use — you do not pour liquid yourself.
What does Blueberry Cotton K / Raspberry Cotton K taste like?
Blueberry Cotton K is soft blueberry candyfloss; Raspberry Cotton K is brighter raspberry candyfloss. Twist to switch.
What coil and draw style does it use?
Dual independent mesh coils (one path per flavour), designed for MTL (mouth-to-lung), draw-activated use. The coils are not sold or replaced separately from the pack.
Can I refill the pack or replace the coils?
No. When the pack is spent, dispose of it responsibly and fit a new compatible Ultra+ 25000 refill pack.
Can I return an opened kit?
Opened vaping products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. See our Return Policy for full terms.
