Flavour guide
UK product types on this site
From 1 June 2025, single-use (disposable) vapes are banned from sale in the UK, including nicotine-free disposables. See the official business guidance on GOV.UK.
Vapeloxa flavour pages are written around rechargeable kits and refill pods (and other non-disposable formats) that appear in our catalogue. A product card means the item is listed for browsing; stock and buyability are confirmed on that product page at checkout time.
How flavour is built into e-liquid
In UK-regulated e-liquids, taste usually comes from flavour concentrates carried in a propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG) blend, with nicotine added when the product includes it. Cooling agents may be used when a pack is labelled Ice or Menthol.
Some manufacturers describe concentrates as food-grade. That phrase refers to how a substance may be assessed for eating. It does not mean the same substance is safe to inhale. Public-health sources such as the CDC note that ingredients acceptable in food are not automatically acceptable for inhalation. This guide does not claim any flavour is risk-free.
How we group profiles on this page
Groups are shopping shortcuts, not lab categories. A name without Ice can still taste cool if the brand uses a cooling agent, and an Ice title can be mild or strong depending on the recipe.
Fruit profiles
Strawberry, mango, watermelon, grape, peach, pineapple, apple, banana and blue raspberry. Many UK listings add cooling when the title includes Ice - but not every fruit name is chilled.
Mint and menthol
Cleaner profiles with less fruit candy. Fresh Mint often reads as soft mint; Menthol is usually cooler and more direct.
Soft drink and dessert
Cherry Cola, Lemon Lime, Energy and Cotton Candy sit closer to soda-shop or candy-floss sweetness than fresh fruit. Expect wider brand-to-brand swing.
Dark berry and tropical
Blackcurrant, Berry Mix and Passion Fruit add depth or tang beyond standard strawberry ice naming.
Why the same name can taste different by brand
UK brands do not share one flavour library. Each manufacturer chooses concentrates, sweetness, acidity and cooling level. Coil type and airflow then change how that recipe lands. Shoppers often notice those differences in everyday use; we treat that as common retail experience, not a published clinical study.
- Concentrate choice - "blue raspberry" can lean candy-bright or darker depending on the blend.
- Cooling load - Ice or Menthol on the pack is a clue, not a guarantee of how strong the cool finish will feel.
- Nicotine strength - Some adult users say higher nicotine salts change sweetness or throat feel; others notice little difference. We do not have a published study behind that observation - treat it as individual perception.
- Device condition - An older coil or different airflow can change the same liquid.
Ice versus menthol - useful labels, not hard rules
Retail packs blur the language. Ice often means a fruit or dessert base with a cooling finish. Menthol is typically cooler-led with less fruit candy. Fresh Mint sits between them for many shoppers.
If you want to avoid cooling, titles without Ice or Menthol are a reasonable first filter - then still read the product notes, because brands can add cooling without putting those words in the name.

How to use these pages
- Open the profile that matches a taste you already know.
- Check listed cards for nicotine strength and device type.
- Read brand-specific notes on the product page - that is where recipes diverge.
- If a profile has no cards, nothing is currently listed under that name; try a nearby profile or check back later. Listing is not the same as confirming buyable stock.
Responsibility notes
Vaping products on Vapeloxa are for adults aged 18 and over. Checkout follows UK age checks. This page is shopping guidance about naming and catalogue layout - not medical advice, and not a claim that one brand matches another.
For wider UK information on e-cigarettes, see GOV.UK e-cigarette collections and briefings from ASH. Always follow product labelling and the law.
Flavour FAQs
Are flavour names standardised across brands?
No. Names are commercial labels. Recipes, sweetness and cooling differ by manufacturer.
Does Ice always mean menthol?
Not always. Ice usually signals a cooling finish on a fruit or dessert base. Menthol is typically cooler-led with less fruit candy. Check the product page either way.
Why might a flavour seem weaker after a few days?
Possible factors include coil wear or simply getting used to a sweet taste. Some adult users also report differences after changing nicotine strength, but that is anecdotal - not a clinical finding. Check device condition and product notes, or try another listing in the same profile.
Can I buy every flavour listed here today?
No. Profile count is not the same as buyable stock. Cards on a profile page show products currently listed in the catalogue. Availability to purchase is confirmed on the product page (and at checkout) and can change.
I already vape - how should I pick a new flavour?
If you are an adult who already uses nicotine products, start from a familiar taste family, compare nicotine strengths on the product cards, then reorder what you actually finish. If you do not currently use tobacco or nicotine products, public-health guidance advises not to start.
Do these guides replace the product page?
No. Profile pages help you shortlist. Nicotine, ingredients notices and device specs on the product page remain the source of truth for each item.
